We all know the growth of social media since 2005 has increased exponentially.

But, have you ever stopped to think how fast it’s REALLY growing? Have you ever tried to compare it with a Lockheed Martin jet before?

Well WhiteFireSEO did and they came up with this infrographic about the speed of social media.

I realized two things when reading this infrographic:

  1. Twitter is faster than a Lockheed Martin jet
  2. I need to get in to the social gaming industry so I can buy a house every two hours.
