If you are not following the Kevin Frost blog, I suggest you do immediately.
Kevin Frost is an inspiration to any and all athletes out there.
Kevin is a speed-skater. However, Kevin is deaf AND blind. He was diagnosed with Usher’s Syndrome Type 2, a genetic condition that leaves him with 90 per cent hearing loss and only 5 per cent of his field vision. This challenge has not stopped him from breaking records in short- and long-track speed skating. Kevin is currently ranked 19th in the world among able-bodied athletes. His mission is to see speed skating included in the Paralympic Games.
